One-to-one

Expressive Arts Soul*Work One‑to‑One Sessions
Experience the healing power of the Expressive Arts through personalised, client‑centred sessions with Tui. These one‑to‑one spaces are gently guided using a blend of visual art‑making, intuitive movement, meditation, reflection, and storytelling.

Sessions are designed to support self‑expression, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to self. No prior artistic experience is needed — curiosity and openness are enough.

breathwork One‑to‑One Sessions
Yannik offers one‑to‑one breathwork and sound sessions as a deeply personalised space for release, regulation, and expanded awareness.
Each session is guided by your unique intentions and held with care, allowing you to move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with the innate intelligence of your breath and body.
These individual sessions support profound shifts — physically, emotionally, and energetically — creating space for clarity, healing, and renewed alignment.
circles

Mums & Bubs Creative Circle
A weekly creative sanctuary for new mothers and their babies. Rooted in the wisdom of matrescence, this circle offers space to exhale, reconnect with yourself, and gently explore the emotional landscape of early motherhood.

Through expressive arts, simple grounding practices and guided reflection, you’re invited to process, express and integrate your experience — while staying attuned to your baby’s needs.
Each session is baby‑friendly and flexible, with a range of creative options — writing, artmaking, movement, sound — so you can participate in whatever way feels possible, even if you’re feeding, settling or simply resting together.

sacred man
A safe space for men to slow down, breathe, and be witnessed.
Sacred Man is a monthly sharing circle for men who feel the call to connect more deeply with themselves in a grounded, conscious, and supportive environment.

Each circle includes guided breathwork, allowing us to arrive fully in the space and learn tools to regulate our nervous systems.
As the speed of our lives can sometimes feel as if everything is moving fast, these ancient techniques support us in slowing down and to connect with our true nature

From here, the circle is opened, and a safe container is held — a space where men are invited to share their inner world, experiences, insights, and challenges.
