1:1 Expressive Arts Therapy

Experience the healing power of the Expressive Arts through personalised, client‑centred sessions. These one‑to‑one spaces are gently guided using a blend of visual art‑making, intuitive movement, meditation, reflection, and storytelling. Sessions are designed to support self‑expression, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to self. No prior artistic experience is needed — curiosity and openness are enough.

In person & online

Work with Tui either in the studio in Scarborough, North Brisbane QLD, or from anywhere in the world online.

our approach:
The Cycle Of Transformation

Transformation is not linear — it moves in cycles.
At the heart of this practice is a return to self through creativity, intuition, and connection.

Guided by your inner wisdom, each phase invites you into a deeper journey of transformation:
Explore, Reflect, Process, and Integrate.

Through the healing nature of art and self-expression,
Tūī Sophia holds space for spiritual growth, transformation, and empowerment — again and again.

Tui Sophia_edited.jpg

Thank you for your interest in working with me on this journey of self‑growth. As an expressive arts facilitator, art teacher and artist with ADHD, I believe that creativity is one of the most powerful pathways to understanding ourselves more deeply. My intention is to offer tools that support authentic expression, nurture self‑connection, and create a compassionate space for you to build a more loving relationship with yourself.

Art has a way of speaking where words fall short. Through a holistic, body‑based approach, we draw on the wisdom of the nervous system, the imagination and the senses, bringing ease to the overworked mind and allowing spirit to move more freely through you.

As a client‑centred practice, each session is tailored to your personal goals, needs and aspirations. I hold the belief that the answers you seek already live within you; my role is to gently guide, support and accompany you as you reconnect with your inner knowing and step toward your highest potential.

I look forward to connecting with you. To book your session please complete the enquiry form.
