Over the last 2 years we have offered a variety of creative and heart-centred workshops, gatherings and circles that explore expressive arts, mindfulness and meditation, intuitive dance, breathwork and ceremonial practices.

We currently host 2 local community groups on the Redcliffe Peninsula, North Brisbane QLD. Each group has its own unique focus, but all are rooted in the same intention: to offer a soulful, heart-centred space to belong.

An 8 week Expressive Arts program. Termly at our home studio in Scarborough
